Cut 3 doesn’t disappoint, boasting a lightweight textile upper fortified with Flywire technology to lock in the forefoot securely. But that’s not all. For the first time in the Greater Than Series, Nike is introducing a more cost-efficient model, the G.T. Cut Academy, which maintains a strong focus on comfort, traction, and style. Designed for athletes who play on multiple courts with various surfaces, this model features a forefoot Zoom Air unit, Renew Foam, and a traditional herringbone traction pattern, delivering top-notch performance without breaking the bank.
And let’s not forget the young athletes; the G.T. Cut 3 is also available in kids’ sizes for both Grade School and Preschool players. Designed to instill confidence and security in budding hoopers as they make their cuts toward the basket, the kids’ model comes equipped with a Cushlon midsole and a modern herringbone traction pattern, ensuring that young athletes feel comfortable and explosive on the court.
The newest additions to the G.T. Cut franchise were officially unveiled on November 6, 2023, and they are set to hit the market in Spring 2024.
