CrownCruiser Motors will satisfy your need for speed with an electric bike that embodies the same spirit that powered the golden years of British heritage motorcycling with contemporary styling and technologies.
Adebola Adeleye, the founder of CrownCruiser Motors, wants to satisfy your need for speed with an electric bike that embodies the same spirit that powered the golden years of British heritage motorcycling with contemporary styling and technologies. Adeleye’s efforts have resulted in an electric bike with a carbon fiber frame that is ultra-lightweight. The electric bike is complemented by a coterie of componentry directly influenced by many of the material innovations that impart Formula 1 vehicles.
The curving monocoque carbon fiber frame is lightweight and ultra-strong, with a form reminiscent of an entomological beach cruiser that seems to lean into the sense of speed even when still. The CrownCruiser is a growing category of e-bikes that aspire toward motorcycles in spirit rather than their pokier pedal-powered counterparts. It is powered by a brushless DC hub motor capable of delivering a maximum power output of 1000W in two motor sizes – a pedal-assisted system (PAS). As a result, the bike produces speeds up to 15.5mph at 250W, or even faster.
Users will also be able to swap a depleted battery for a fully charged power unit in seconds, thanks to the installation of swap-and-go battery stations across cities. Aside from its darkly fascinating appearance and 100-mile range, the CrownCruiser has anti-theft technology, GSM location tracking, and Bluetooth connections for connecting the bike to its own riding statistics app, all of which contribute to the Batman-like impression. There’s also a gyro accelerometer sensor included that detects an impact or fall, immediately defining your location and contacting a pre-determined emergency contact.
Furthermore; CrownCruiser promises to offer the e-bike in a variety of colors and skins to give the lightweight, ultra-strong monocoque carbon fiber frame a completely new attitude whether it’s on the road or parked.
