New BenQ X Series Gaming Projectors

BenQ, a prominent global leader in 4K projectors, has launched two new 4K HDR smart projectors for AAA console gaming in Europe. These projectors are designed to provide gamers with unparalleled in-game audiovisual experiences in different home environments.

Following the success of the 2022 BenQ X3000i gaming projector, the brand introduces the X3100i and X500i, featuring BenQ’s groundbreaking detail refinement technology. These projectors combine HDR-PRO, CinematicColor, and CinematicSound technologies to elevate gaming experiences to new heights, offering more sensory detail than ever before.

Conway Lee, President of BenQ Corporation, stated, “Our new X Series gaming projectors revolutionize the large-screen gaming market with genuine 4K HDR audiovisual performance and low input lag, making them the ultimate choice for AAA gaming in various settings. The flagship X3100i is perfect for creating dream game rooms without compromise, while the X500i can transform any small room into a gaming zone.”

The core of the X Series is BenQ’s innovative in-game detail refinement technology, delivering immersive gaming experiences filled with enhanced details and realism. These projectors feature true 4K HDR ultra-high resolution with 8.3 million distinct pixels, along with projector-optimized HDR-PRO technology, which utilizes SSI Dynamic Black and HDR tone mapping techniques to create vibrant contrast and lifelike shadows, even in dimly lit environments. BenQ’s CinematicColor technology enhances color rendition, providing a super-wide color gamut coverage of up to 100% DCI-P3.

To enhance the gaming immersion, BenQ CinematicSound surrounds gamers with directional sound through innovative symmetrical treVolo driver placement and dedicated signal processing circuitry, creating a virtual 3D spatial audio environment. This ensures lifelike sound effects and rich audio for an immersive gaming atmosphere, all delivered with minimal input lag, as low as 4.16ms.

The X Series gaming projectors offer extensive customization options, including game modes for role-playing, shooters, sports, and racing games, Auto Game Mode to optimize settings for each console, SettingXChange for quick switching of preset color settings, and a built-in FPS crosshair for precise targeting.

Moreover, BenQ X Series gaming projectors come with Google-certified Android TV and built-in Netflix, providing access to a wide range of entertainment, including streaming apps, movies, shows, and sporting events. They also support eARC and S/PDIF for transmitting high-quality audio to external sound systems.

Designed with a futuristic style that embodies the essence of gaming, X Series gaming projectors offer easy and flexible installation options with the right throw ratios, lens shift, 2D keystone correction, and digital zoom, allowing you to create your ultimate gaming paradise, transform a small gaming room, or set up a spontaneous gaming nook anywhere.
