Sony Electronics has recently announced the launch of two new wireless speakers, the SRS-XV800 and the SRS-XB100. These two models are designed to provide different sound experiences based on their unique features.
The SRS-XV800 is the perfect party speaker with loud and clear sound. It delivers a powerful sound that can fill any room, making it ideal for parties or watching movies and TV shows. With the Omni-directional Party Sound, the speaker can deliver sound to every corner of the room. Additionally, it features five tweeters that deliver clear sound to both the front and rear of the speaker, and it’s backed up with high clarity, less distortion, and punchy bass thanks to dual X-Balanced Speaker Units.
Sony SRS-XV800
The SRS-XV800 has a built-in battery that lasts up to 25 hours, making it perfect for all-night parties. It also has quick charging, which means that users can get up to 3 hours of playing time from just 10 minutes of charging. The built-in wheels and handle make it easy to move the speaker around. It also has indirect illumination that produces ambient light, lighting up the room in a way that matches anyone’s unique style. Users can create an immersive experience by simply playing music through the speaker, as the lights automatically sync to the beat and rhythm of the music, creating a captivating display of colors.
The SRS-XV800 also enhances the viewing experience, thanks to Sony’s unique TV Sound Booster, which provides deep bass and room-filling sound. The combination of TV sound and the SRS-XV800’s two rear tweeters and X-Balanced Speaker Units boost the TV watching experience by enhancing the deep bass and realistic high-frequencies. The sound waves bounce off the walls to surround the listener with sound, immersing them in everything they’re watching.
The SRS-XV800 also has karaoke and guitar input, intuitive and illuminated touch panel, a water-resistant IPX4 rating, and Bluetooth® Fast Pair2 for Android™ making it even easier to listen to music no matter the location. It is also compatible with both Sony | Music Center and Fiestable apps. The SRS-XV800 will be available for preorder on 5/8 at select retailers and available for purchase on 5/15 at approximately $649 USD and $799 CAD at Sony Electronics, Amazon, and other Sony-authorized retailers.
Sony SRS-XB100
The SRS-XB100, on the other hand, is a small wireless speaker that packs a powerful, clear sound. It includes a passive radiator for powerful sound and offers clear sound even at high volumes thanks to the off-centre diaphragm. It has up to 16 hours of battery life, is water-resistant and dustproof with an IP67 rating, and comes with a durable exterior and multi-way strap, making it perfect for life on the go. The speaker includes Echo Cancelling, which allows two people to talk at the same time without cutting off either of them. It is perfect for those on the move who need a portable speaker that delivers a great sound experience.
