Poljot-International Orbita

The Poljot-International Orbita watch is a new model that pays tribute to the International Space Station (ISS), the largest and longest-operating space station in human history. Initially planned as a military facility by the United States, the ISS has since been used and expanded by 16 countries and 5 space agencies through international cooperation. It orbits the Earth once every 93 minutes at an altitude of around 400 kilometers and has been continuously inhabited by astronauts since November 2, 2000.

The Orbita watch design is entirely space-themed, with various elements meticulously crafted to reflect this motif. The dial includes a second-time zone at 3 o’clock to represent the ISS and Earth, while the second hand at 6 o’clock is shaped like a small space station. Red markings make it easier to read the seconds, and hour markers in the outer area of the dial are shaped like stars. A day and night indicator is located at 9 o’clock. The blue-coated hands have blue luminous paint for easy reading in the dark.

The gray suede strap with side stitching and embedded metal logo complements the theme of the watch. The round 43-millimeter stainless steel case has a sapphire crystal and a skeletonized, engraved hand-wound caliber 9931-PI with a power reserve of 36 hours, visible through a glass back. Only 300 pieces of this limited edition watch are available at an affordable price.
