Casio G-Shock Move DWH5600

In an effort to promote health and wellness while also caring for the environment, Casio has launched a new fitness-oriented watch called the G-Shock Move DWH5600.

The watch boasts a range of features that allow for tracking all kinds of workouts. It comes equipped with an optical sensor for measuring heart rate on the case back, and an accelerometer to count steps. It can also tap into the PolarTM smartwatch library to analyze workouts, track post-sleep recovery, and support breathing exercises. Users can even use the oximeter to measure blood oxygen levels.

The watch’s high-definition Memory in Pixel (MIP) LCD ensures easy visibility and readability, no matter where you are. And for even greater accuracy of distance measurement, users can pair the watch with their smartphone, which will adjust the data captured by the watch’s accelerometer.

The G-Shock Move DWH5600 is also designed with environmental sustainability in mind. The watch’s bezel and band are made from bio-based resin, produced from renewable organic materials. The case features the first use of bio-based carbon fiber-reinforced resin in a G-Shock, and recycled materials are used for the packaging.

The watch also includes a suite of training and recovery features powered by Polar’s algorithms and guidance technology. This allows users to fine-tune their training efforts and keep performing to the best of their ability, no matter what sport they love.
